We are all different shapes.
Chances are, if you’re here, you’re an Ectomorph.
You’re lean and slim – very slim. Usually tall with thin arms and legs.
But knowing what we’ are’ makes a huge difference – you can tailor your plan to get the quickest results.
Othershapes are Endomorphs – round bodies, shorter than most, with short fat arms and legs.
Or maybe you’re a Mesormoph?
You’re naturally muscular and relatively lean, broad shoulders, barrel chest and muscular arms and legs.
But here’s the thing. Once you know what you are, it’s easy to change shape.
I’ve seen skinny guys end up like Arnie in no time at all.
You just need to focus on the areas – and exercises – that will change you most. It’s obvious really, but so few people do it.
You’ll surprise even yourself if you get the right plan – and stick to it (don’t chase that silver bullet, there’s work to be done. But you can make it a lot easier on yourself to get there quicker.
