I’m in to week three now of Skinny Vinny’s plan.
The hardest thing I’ve found about it is the eating – well, not the actuall eating, but the preparing of meals so I don’t end up eating crap.
I must be doing about 20 minutes every morning sorting out breakfast and lunch.
To get enough protein in to your diet, have a look at this guy’s book. He’s on the cover of Men’s Health a lot and knows his stuff.
The recipes are great – but don’t worry to much about the carbos, he avoids them an abundance of them, but that’s not good if you’re trying to put on weight.
Remember, if you’re calorie negative you won’t build any muscle.
