There’s a dead simple rule:
Eat protein with every meal. Add either carbs or fat (NEVER both).
And here’s the tweak that will have fat falling off you:
Only eat carbs in the morning, or after intense exercise.
As you’ll read in other blog posts, your body only has three places to dump calories. The only one you need to care about is the ‘fat warehouse’.
If you only eat carbs in the morning and after intense exercise, your body will never turn those carbs in to fat.
Instead it will absorb them like a sponge straight in to energy with no ‘storage’ whatsoever.
A lot of people think this simple rule (and its tweak) is too simple and too easy to lose weight on. But it works wonders.
