Body type – skinny or fat -doesn’t matter as long as you make yourself look the best you can.
Don’t EVER try to cover up your skinniness with baggy clothes…EVER, you just look silly (see the previous post).
body language becomes even more important. Do not hunch over (a lot of skinny people do this), and try to ‘protect’ yourself. stand up straight. actually having your head slightly up and back (looking at the horizon) makes your neck look thicker too
I used to find that the best clothes for me, were pants that are a little thin (not trying to hide anything) and dress shirts with the sleeves rolled up to my elbows to hide my scrawny arms. The shirt covers down to your elbows, but looks good.
Just wear clothes that compliment your frame – and stay away from stripes at all costs.
But more importantly, stick to a workout plan – and in a few months you’ll want to show of your arms
