Your going to win this battle with the fork.
I met a personal trainer recently who had some great advice: it’s better to eat right and train wrong, then train right and eat wrong.
Another take on this is in my earlier posts: you can eat as much as you want of anything, as long as it was once living, or grew below or on the ground.
So that leaves you with menus like this:
(I’ve just been taking pics of all my meals).
The above is Lamb tangine with loads of green veg and sweet potatoe.
Lamb tangine isn’t that hard to make.
Dice up some lamb. Add 2 tablespoons of the olive oil.
In a seperate bowm mix up a load of spice (what ever you like: paprika, turmeric, cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, salt, ginger, saffron and coriander). If you’re like me, it’s just what I have to hand…
Brown of the meat in a pan, then lob in everything else. It’s easy (just google it for a full on recipe)
It’s a great meal to build muscle – there’s no rubbish.
It’s great for bulking and will anyone go from skinny to muscle.

very nice but can you be more specific about what part of the sheep or lamb is used for this recipe
thanks
I usually use the left overs from a leg of lamb which I roast!
