But here’s the good but – it’s pretty much no different to filling your face with fried chicken.
It’s real simple too.
Grab some chicken breasts, an egg and a cup full of crushed up cornflakes.
Beat the egg and paint the chicken breasts with them – then roll the chicken breasts in the crushed up cornflakes. All you have to do them is stick then in the oven.
They are fast, easy – and lovely. A sure way to go from skinny to muscle, if there ever was one. It’s pretty much all protein.
